  1. Launch Battle. Net. You can see the Down arrow option in the left corner. Click on it.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click on the Downloads tab. Scroll down and untick the Limit download Bandwidth.

Note: you’ll see the box next to Limit Download Bandwidth checked by default.

Now resume your Downloads to see if your speed increases or not.

5] Don’t download during Peak Hours

You need to make sure that you are not downloading during the Peak Hours that is from 9 AM to 11 PM. If you are downloading during the Peak Hours then you have to deal with congestion and if you want the best speed then you should start downloading during the Peak Hours.
